Susan Chapman Charter Coach     Susan Chapman specializes in life and career coaching as well as running her own virtual assistant business helping other solopreneurs build successful businesses.  She also creates virtual and local retreats for small groups.  Prior to embarking on her coaching journey, Susan worked for 10 years in the engineering world.  She received her Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a Psychology Minor from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a graduate of the Certified Coach Training Program from Comprehensive Coaching U.  She also has a background in relationship coaching for singles and is a certified mediator in the state of Kentucky.    Susan has always thrived on connecting people and helping others live authentic lives.  She facilitated a Life Makeover Group for many years and was the founder of the Coaching Forum on AOL in 2000.  Susan helped other engineers as the Career Coach for the Society of Women Engineers at the national level and created coaching programs for the community as the Coaching Programs and Training Coordinator for a local university.  She also helped start the first Kentucky ICF chapter in 2002 and is a former Chapter Host for Coachville. Her client list includes entrepreneuers, radio/tv show hosts, realtors, attorneys, writers, consultants and small business owners.  She grew up in Southern California but now calls Louisville, Kentucky home where she enjoys the arts scene and the beautiful four seasons.
