An Empower Party™ is a unique life coaching experience with you and your friends, family or colleagues – all in the spirit of achieving a more joyful and fulfilling life. You will work with your own life coach to customize a group coaching experience based upon a specific theme. (click on "Host an Empower Party" on the home page to view the coaching party library). There are many coaching topics to choose from based on your interests and goals, and all of the party modules have been developed by some of the most experienced, creative and skilled coaches in the profession.
We use “parties” in our name, but these group coaching experiences are anything but trivial. Empower Parties™ are focused on developing critical life skills they don’t teach in school, new ways of thinking, strategies for taking action toward your goals, and personal growth opportunities to help you achieve the happiness and success you want in every aspect of your life.
What makes Empower Parties™ fun is the dynamic experience of learning and growing with people who support you and will help hold you accountable to your dreams. And, it turns out, research shows that women in particular can reduce stress and increase happiness through meaningful interactions with others.
