Phyllis Rosen is a professionally certified coach, having earned the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) designation from the International Coach Federation, ICF (the largest coaching organization in the world.) Phyllis’ passion and unique gift is to help others find their own unique gift and authentic voice. In the process, she helps them to become more accepting of who they really are and to enhance their place in the world.
Phyllis provides personal, executive and career coaching services. Her philosophy is to coach the whole person, whether it is a life, career, or leadership issue so the person is able to create the change they’re wanting in an authentic and lasting way.
Phyllis received her training from Coaches Training Institute, CTI. She has had her own business for the past 15 years, specializing in career coaching. She has also provided individual and group outplacement coaching during this time, most recently affiliated with The Ayers Group. As a career coach, Phyllis specializes in helping clients develop healthy relationships with their work and to aspire to roles that provide fulfillment and success, as well as train people in a dynamic search process to get them there. As an executive coach, Phyllis helps executives enhance their leadership presence based on their authentic self.
Phyllis brings a vast array of experience to her coaching practices. Prior to becoming a coach, she was a Corporate Vice-President on Wall Street training and coaching million-dollar producers in enriching their business. She also worked with a non-profit organization as Director of Career Counseling Services. Previously she was in the entertainment industry. During these years Phyllis pursued numerous personal/professional-growth programs, including being ordained as an interfaith minister. She brings the tools, techniques and wisdom gained from diverse disciplines to support her clients.
In addition to having her PCC, Phyllis is certified in the MBTI, The Vector System, The Five O’Clock Club methodology, and Life Options Retirement Coaching. She has been on the board of the NYC chapter of the ICF for the past 5 years and is a founding member of the Career Counselors Consortium.
